House-hunt

When all our friend and colleagues are settled down in their own sweet home, we are still hunting for rented apartments.
Anyways after a long search and loads of negotiation we finally found a place for our next move. It is a specious 3 bedroom flat in a very good apartment.

Hope we all will enjoy....we have to (paying a lot for this one :-))

The only thing that annoyed me a lot during this whole house hunt was the people's expectations for the rent. I'm unable to understand if a person has spent 2 lakhs or 5 lakhs on the flats woodwork, why tenants are supposed to pay 2-3 thousand extra for that?
Tenants are just the users, whether the cupboards are made of Tropical wood or Teak wood, they are actually not bothered.

My message to all the landlords waiting with their vacant flats - you can't expect anyone to pay 15k for a ground floor 2 bhk in without amenities apartment even though you have spent 6 lakhs for interiors. Be realistic!!!
